Created for OUTPOST Gallery, Copenhagen art studio NIKO JUNE crafts the Bob stool. Carved from a single block of polystyrene that's reinforced with fibreglass and jesomite, this abstract object is sanded down with minutely fine layers of acrylic paint and lacquer for a smooth finish. Its design mimics the appearance of ropes tied around a ship when it docks, along with the toy bones that dogs chase in the park - an unexpected combination but one we're very much here for.
