Our famous Ludlow cut has been the cornerstone of our suiting since its introduction in 2008, but we wanted to add a bit of swagger by giving this version a new lapel that's an inch wider than our usual suit jackets. This jacket is made from seersucker (from the Three Looms mill in Japan), a warm-weather puckered fabric that takes its name from the Persian phrase shîr-o-shakar ("milk and sugar"), which describes its alternating smooth and textured stripes.
