Its central dot turns solid red when the pan reaches optimum cooking temperature, which ensures your food will be as tasty and healthy as possible by sealing in vital vitamins and flavours. The Titanium non-stick coating is very durable, safe even from metal utensils (excluding knives and whisks). The non-stick exterior is also very easy to clean - just a simple wipe with warm, soapy water cleans these pans very easily. You can even pop the pan into the oven, on a heat of 180°C for up to an hour.
