Typical of Olesen's work using collage to develop a language of textual intervention, the edition was produced following his exhibition commissioned by Studio Voltaire in 2009, entitled "Mr Knife & Mrs Fork", which included a 32-page collage series. The multi-piece installation was subsequently awarded the "Wolfgang Hahn Prize" Cologne in 2012, and was acquired by the Museum Ludwig. Olesen is currently exhibiting at the 55th Venice Biennale.
