Recaro Polaric car seat is a rear-facing seat suitable for toddlers of 9-18kg (approximately 9 months to 4 years of age). With additional attachment features to ensure a highly stable fit to your vehicle, the car seat will provide a secure and safe environment for little passengers. Featuring 4 attachement points, the seat is firstly installed with the integrated Isofix anchor points, and then securely held in place using 2 belts at the back of the seat to attach to the front seat of the vehicle and a latch fastner, which allows you to attach the seat to the backrest. The fold away metal floor support provides additional stability to the seat. The Recaro Polaric car seat has a large side protection shell for safety in the event of side impact, and it also provides comfort for your child when cornering. The chest and head area have been designed specifically to absorb energy, and the safety harness can be adjusted to suit various heights. Adults will appreciate how easy it is to put the seat in the rest position with the simple single-handed operation. The head cushion, head liner, and covers can all be easily removed without unfastening the harness. All our car seats and infant carriers comply with current European regulation ECE R44.04. Safety: Under no circumstances should a car seat be used on a passenger seat where there is an airbag. Correct fitting of all car seats and boosters is of paramount importance to make them most effective in the event of an accident. Not all car seats fit all cars and it is important to check for fitting suitability on all cars you intend fitting the seat to, as well as re-checking if you change your car. We recommend fitting your car seat in advance of first using it. We recommend that babies shouldn`t be left in Group 0/0+ car seats (infant carriers) for prolonged periods. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of car seats when the packaging has been opened, unless faulty.
