Sensors detect heavy loads and reduce the motor speed, stopping the motor from being damaged. Electronic sensing will knead dough adapting to the load automatically. An intelligent, illuminated sense control with power on function and soft start variable speed avoids ingredients being thrown from the bowl. The dial also lets you choose between pulse and extra slow speed fold functions. The motor is positioned vertically to provide a direct drive for running high speed attachments such as the blender. A belt is then connected to the direct drive to run the gearbox located in the head of the machine. This allows the speeds to be reduced when using the bowl and slow speed attachments such as the food mincer.
