We started with our classic cocoon coat in a warm, compact wool melton from Italy's Manifattura di Carmignano mill (known the world over for truly exceptional woolens). Then we embellished the bottom of the fabric with thousands of tiny black seed beads and faceted jewels. Each one is individually hand applied in a beautifully chaotic pattern for a piece that's truly a wearable work of art.
