Delfina Delettrez's sparkling double ring is made from 18kt yellow gold and studded with rubies - totalling 0.49ct. It comprises two bands with one to be worn at the base and the other a little higher on the finger. A fine chain joins the two and has a small designer name-embossed tag in the middle.
