For handbag designer Rafe Totengco, travel is an essential part of the creative process; even on close-to-home excursions he carries his sketchbook. In 1997, Rafe designed and launched his namesake handbag collection, Rafe New York. His philosophy: Who needs another basic bag? We couldn't agree more.
